Недавно вышла игра Chronos Twin для Nintendo DS. Очень оригинальная концепция, кстати, но мы сейчас не об этом. Разработчики у неё - испанцы, поэтому вступление на английском получилось в духе незабвенного All Your Base:

3 light cycles passed since we had to run away from Skyla

It started when…

Between the 3rd and the 4th cycle of Anguar, a thing came out from nothing

We didn't know who was him, where he came from and what his purposes were

As pacific people, we offered our cordiality to him

But the worst occurred…

It was terrible… Our planet was being destroyed by that terrifying thing. We tryed to protect ourselves but it was futile

There was somethig in this thing that we didn't know and made it unbeatable

Due to our weakness we ran away in our ships

Once safe, the council assembled to discuss how to restore peace in Skyla

The wise men argued

We scratch that thing, let alone stop it
It's as if it's came from another time and dimension

The only reasonable explanation to the facts is that a kind of space-time gate was opened by that thing

We must find a way to reach the origin of that nightmare

We must travel in time to the age where this gate has opened. And once there defeat that monster

We will build a time machine and send one of the Llhedar. They are trained for these kind of tasks

3 light cycles were needed to build the time machine

Nasi is getting ready for this risky mission, saying good bye to Nec, his brother

Nasi: Good bye brother. I'll be back soon

The machine is on destination: arrival of the mysterious begin on Skyla

The countdown begins…

После этого Наси попадает в прошлое, сражается с чудищем и терпит поражение. С ним на связь выходит диспетчер и говорит:

Nasi, you are hurt…
Hold on
We are trying to take you out of there
It's unbelievable, but that thing can existin two ages at the same time
He's attacking you from here in the present to the past where you are
Quickly, take him back!

Nasi: You must be the one who extermine that thing and free out planet.
